30-Day Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

• The item must be in its original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at mayasianmarketvienna@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at mayasianmarketvienna@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
